Rudrud Named NSIC Goalkeeper of the Week

Eclipse Select 2018 Alumni Natalie Rudrud was named the Northern Sun Conferences Goalkeeper of the week after two stellar performances.

Rudrud recorded a save percentage of .941 with her 16 saves which included a big save on a penalty kick against Washburn University on Saturday. The freshman got 6 saves in her first collegiate shutout on Thursday against Fort Hays State University and then added 10 against Washburn.

Upper Iowa won their season opener 1-0 over Fort Hays State before dropping the second game of the weekend 1-0 to Washburn. The Peacocks were aggressive on offense and held an 11-4 advantage in corner kicks over their opponents.
